One year ago, 50,000 Christians were forced from their homes in Orissa state, India, because of their faith. Three hundred villages were destroyed. Over one hundred and twenty people died.
We need 50,000 people, one for each of the Christians who have suffered, to contact the Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh, and urge him to seek justice for our Christian brothers and sisters and help them practise their faith without fear.

Christian human rights attorney Gao Zhisheng, disappeared February 4, and was last seen being taken away by a dozen police officers. Gao Zhisheng has been repeatedly kidnapped, arrested, imprisoned and tortured by Chinese authorities, because he has defended the persecuted and has been an unyielding voice for justice in the Chinese courts.
Geng He, Goa Zhisheng’s wife has said, “In the past, whenever I was worried about my husband because of his challenges against tyranny, he would often console me by saying…that if one day he would be persecuted because of his ideals and sense of justice, the people in the world who believe in justice would stand by him and support him. I know that he would still harbor this light and hope in his heart while enduring various torments in prison!”
